I think this is doubly important in top cut games, as it can actually be beneficial to you to forfeit one game if you think you’re going to lose and don’t want to waste the time, leaving more time for you to win the next game.

    Good video!

Great point kwisdumb, I think I forgot to mention that in the video. But yeah, when you make the top cut, it is often whoever can manage the clock better that wins the match.

I wouldn’t delve too deeply in the “extend your turn” or “eek out the win”. Judges will really look down on you for playing against the Spirit of the Game. Good points, but try to stay as rule-abiding as possible so that if a Judge or PUI person does actually see this, they won’t think less of you or the site!

i think you should do videos on the move really or at least have some kind of screen change. Great first video, remember your lines better and try to act more convincing, but anyway best of luck to you bro!

Thanks for all the comments Ian! I’m glad you finally made your way to the site. :)

Yeah I would like to do more stuff with the videos when I have better software. I kinda winged that first video, I probably should have written a few notes down to glace at but in the future I’ll be better.

I get what you are saying with the “stalling point,” but the wording seemed sort of… bad, you know?

I mean I get that you wouldn’t play too fast, but using the word “stall” is sort of iffy.

Yeah if I were to reshoot this video I would try to word things a little better. I had actually shot this video like 5 times beforehand but my webcam kept messing up the video, so as soon as I got a take that actually came out, I went with it.
