Hey everyone, I hope you’re feeling pretty good about US Nationals coming up next weekend! I think we did a pretty decent job of covering all the hot topics (Emboar) the past month, but please let me know if you have any last minute questions or concerns.
At this point you should probably know which deck you’re going to play, and your decklist should be close to finalized. Stick with your guns and play with what you know!
One update before we get to the poll:
I want to give you a couple of plans I have for Underground, though I’m not totally sure when I’ll get these things into place.
1. Better Members List for Networking
pokebeach.comI want to make a page on the site that will show a complete Underground members list, along with people’s Skype, Twitter, Facebook, e-mail, location, age, etc…
Right now we just have a thread on the forums where you can post your info, but I want to make a simple page that contains all that info. That way it’ll be easier for you to find other members to get in contact with if you want to play with them online, chat about strategy, or whatever!
2. Deck Pages
I also want to make dedicated webpages on the site for decks. The pages will contain sample lists, techs, and links to resources for more info on the decks.
J-Wittz and I tried to do this manually on the forums, but it’s hard to maintain and keep up with new developments. I should be able to automate the pages a little bit so they’ll automatically update when new resources are released. It should make it a little easier to view all the different perspectives on decks and get ideas when you’re working on your lists.
Anyway… onto the Writer of the Month poll for June 2011!

As always, these polls are super important because the top 2 vote-getters get extra writing opportunities each month. It’s basically your way to control who you want to see write more articles, so please take your time and vote for whoever truly deserves your vote.
Your vote should take into account not only who wrote the best articles, but also who was the most helpful in the forums. It’s pretty much a combination of all factors to determine which writer overall provided the most insights and help.
