Three Decks Under the Radar for Spring Regionals 2014 “I recently finished 4th at two States (Oregon and British Columbia) with Blastoise, the deck I have been playing all season. 400 out of my 477 Championship Points have come from playing Blastoise, so I think I have decent knowledge of both how to build and play it.
