An Op-Ed on the Experiences of a Judge in the Pokémon TCG Circuit “Earlier in the week, Doug Morisoli made a post in Heyfonte about a ruling that happened due to a sleeve issue. This issue caused the delay of the top eight being posted for about fifteen minutes.
