Gardevoir/Mewtwo seems like a cool deck, so I made a basic list.

    4-0-4 Gardy
    3 Mewtwo
    1 Sigilyph
    1 Cress EX

    4 N
    4 Juniper
    3 Skyla
    2 RR
    CPU Search

    4 Ultra Ball
    1 Level Ball
    3 Eviolite
    2 Energy Switch
    3 Switch
    4 Catcher
    4 Candy

    4 DCE
    7 P

    What do you think?

i think it's just too much effort for the benefit, you can get stuck with bad starters, and ultra ball can drain your hand. probably needs more supporters and a little more diversity of attackers.

So far the deck's been amazingly consistent and successful. Ultra Ball is your best way of guaranteeing the T2 Gardy, and 13 supporters has been pretty good. Might trade the Energy Switches
for a supporter and something else. What other attackers should I play? Mewtwo's amazing early and late game, Sigilyph is a situational attacker so I only really want 1, and Cress is really only good late game and in certain situations.

i'm not sure... but a bouffalant drx is an easy fit, and can be a surprise drop with your switch/energy switch options

I'll think about that. Interesting idea.
