This is the list I won UK Senior Nats with against a field of Luxchomp, basically.

It was super fast, super consistent, and super easy to play. The list had its origins in the article Chris Fulop posted on the Gym. This version was the result of a lot of pre Nats playtesting with the Sekkoums. Irony was facing Fares in a mirror in the top 4.

    Anyhoo

    4 Hoppip GS
    2 Skiploom GS
    4 Jumpluff GS
    3 Baltoy GE
    3 Claydol GE
    2 Crobat G PL
    1 Luxray GL
    1 Luxray GL LV X
    1 Regice LA
    1 Ditto LA
    1 Azelf LA
    2 Uxie LA

    3 Bebe's Search
    3 Roseanne's Research
    2 Pokemon Collector
    1 Judge
    4 Broken Time-Space
    4 Pokemon Communication
    3 Rare Candy
    4 Poke Turn
    1 Night Maintenance
    1 Warp Point
    1 Expert Belt
    1 Luxury Ball

    4 Grass
    2 Multi Energy

    Should be pretty straightforward.

Ditto LA was the 5th Jumpluff in mirror and a Gengar SF counter
Regice was very disruptive against SP decks
Luxray was for Bright Looking (that's what we did before we had Catcher, kids!), but could also be a clutch attacker w/ Multi Energy
Claydol made everything go like clockwork. Simply fill your bench and overwhelm your opponent with suicidal cottonballs. Yes kids, once upon a time, swarming Stage 2s was so easy, even Seniors could do it.

Though I'm sure it detracts from the 'Speed' aspect, 1 Spiritomb AR was awesome in here. Thanks to Vergel for that idea.
