I've been coming up with a 'block' deck idea, including Palkia EX from the Autumn set (or 'Fall set, to you Americans, ;) ), Latias EX, and Sigilpyh DRX. The idea is to attack with Palkia, then switch to block with whatever is best at the time. If it's an ability poke, use Latias. If it's an EX, use Sigi. The problems: opponent retreating. Possibly Hypnotoxic laser could help sort this? Also, Snorlax?
a pokemon with an ability that puts the defending poke to sleep would be ace in this!!! (there isn't one, but i can dream...)

Any thoughts, ideas or comments people?

    3x Palkia EX
    2x Latias EX
    3x Sigilyph (Safeguard)
    2x Munna (long distance hypnosis)

    2 Keldeo EX

    Trainers: 37
    4x Professor Juniper
    3x Skyla
    3x N
    2 Colress
    4x Ultra Ball
    4x Pokémon Catcher
    4x Hypnotoxic Laser

    3x Colress Machine
    3x Energy Switch
    2x Max Potion
    2x Float Stone

    1x Scramble Switch
    2x Virbank City Gym

    4x Fire Energy
    4x Psychic Energy

    3x Plasma Energy
    Over and out, Cyndaquil :)

What about Munna BCR? Admittedly it's a bit of a gamble but it does in fact put the opponent to sleep.

    Aha cool. Thanks :)

Yes but I like the fact you can switch to a blocking pokemon which can leave your opponent helpless for their turn! Anyway I'll check it out, thanks!

All you have to do is full heal if you flip wrong.

Right so the main stratergy of this deck is power up Palkia Ex and use it's first attack for CCC energy using the colress engine, then switch to keep the block up. Quick Question: How would you face Garbodor/Catcher?

    I don't know, actually. :(

Checked out the list, made my own changes and edited it into my original post.

PlasmaKlang could also give this deck some trouble, but it looks like a fun deck that would be pretty effective

cyndaquil Here is another option, better with the plasma engine built in.

Moreover, it wouldn't be locked at all in a mirror Match (though it hits for smaller damage). Palkia EX has the advantage of not needing any specific Energy to work with, though Plasma Darkrai could potentially work with Blend GRPD.

I like the idea, though I feel like it might take a bit to set up right (needing 3 Energy for Palkia EX, making sure you can switch out each turn, avoiding Catcher/Switch from the opponent). If your opponents on a bad streak though you could make some (spatial) waves.
