Hey everyone! As of June 22, 2017 we’ve implemented a new login system that is integrated with Memberful which is meant to make managing your Underground subscription easier. For example, you will now be able to cancel your subscription and not immediately lose access. (Previously, access would be lost immediately.) Apple Pay is also now supported as a payment option and coupon codes will be tokens to look for in the future.
As part of this transition, all users (those with Underground subscriptions and those without) will need to go through a one-time password reset process to sync into the new system. Here are the step-by-step instructions:

Enter your email, click Send me reset instructions, then check your email for the instructions!
The instructions emailed to you will look something like this:
Someone (hopefully you or us) submitted a request to reset your password. If you’d like to change your password please click the link below:
Click the link in the email and proceed to Step 3!
The password you enter here can be new or you can reuse your old password. (It is recommended to reuse your old password.) Type then click Change my password.
Next, you will be prompted to log in. You will need to log in here with your email address (not username) and OLD password. If you do not remember your old password, click the Lost your password? link.
